Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used candles for hygiene reasons.

We do accept returns in the following cases:

Damaged in transit:
If your order arrives damaged, please send a photograph of the damage to
hello@povsensory.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement
or full refund within 7-10 business days.

Wrong item received:
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
and we will make it right.

Order cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Refund processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
